Accredited Verification

In compliance with SEC regulations, Monark diligently confirms the accredited investor status of your clients. Leveraging seamless integration with pertinent databases, our platform conducts comprehensive background checks to ensure your clients fulfill the necessary income or net worth criteria.
Take, for example, Rule 506(C), which permits general solicitation. This regulation mandates us to validate the accredited investor status of your clients. In response to this, we have developed robust APIs akin to those used in Identity Verification. These tools streamline the process of confirming accredited investor status, providing a seamless, efficient service via our advanced APIs.

Launching Accredited Verification

Our APIs allow you to commence the accredited verification process at the level of the investment accounts. After inputting the requisite details for the investment account owner(s), the verification process is set in motion.

Verification Sessions and Results

Should an identity verification fail, our system offers the flexibility to revise the necessary data and supplement it with additional documents, as detailed in the table above. The most recent session outcomes are conveniently available on the Party, as depicted in the investment accounts section. Additionally, we grant access to all verified and failed sessions, providing a thorough audit trail for your convenience.

Nullification of Verification

Be advised that any modifications to the investment account or changes in the accredited status of its owner(s) will lead to the nullification of previous verification results. In such instances, it will be necessary to re-initiate the verification process.
