## Founding

Monark Markets, Inc was founded in January of 2023. Monark acquired LEX Markets' software and legal assets in May of 2023, and has since raised $3.6M in venture funding. Monark operates an Alternative Trading System ("ATS") via our wholly owned FINRA member broker-dealer, MMM Securities LLC.
